A family vacation that EVERYONE gets to enjoy!
If you're considering Nomad Navigation's Private Guided Experience, stop looking and book it. I can honestly say it was one of the best travel decisions we've ever made. Our family of 23 traveled to Vieques to spend an entire week together. Coordinating a trip of that size could have easily turned into one person managing schedules, answering questions, making phone calls, and putting out fires instead of actually enjoying the vacation. Instead, because of Kayla and Brandon, every single one of us—including the people who normally would have carried that responsibility—got to simply be family. What I'll remember most isn't even the week itself. It's how enjoyable the vacation became months before we ever boarded the plane. Kayla took what felt like hundreds of moving pieces and quietly turned them into one seamless experience. She coordinated every reservation, every vendor, every timeline, every hotel detail, rental cars, restaurant reservations, catering, transportation, activities—everything. She even thoughtfully planned meals around our excursions so the week flowed naturally. Every decision had clearly been considered before we ever arrived. Then they took it a step further. Kayla and Brandon arrived on Vieques before our group to make sure everything was ready. From the moment we landed until the moment we departed, they were there—handling arrivals, departures, transportation, vendor communication, and countless details we probably never even realized were happening behind the scenes. The greatest gift they gave us wasn't convenience—it was presence. Instead of worrying about logistics, I got to watch my kids make memories with their cousins. I got to have uninterrupted conversations with family. I wasn't checking reservation times, coordinating rides, or wondering what came next. I was actually on vacation. That's incredibly rare. What makes Kayla and Brandon exceptional is that they combine meticulous organization with genuine hospitality. We never felt like clients being moved from one activity to another. We felt cared for. They anticipated needs before we knew we had them, solved problems before they became problems in, and made our entire family feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. By the end of the week, they didn't just feel like guides—they felt like friends. If you're wondering whether the Private Guided Experience is worth it, I can say without hesitation: absolutely. They transformed what could have been an incredibly complicated trip into one of the most meaningful family vacations we've ever had, and I honestly can't imagine experiencing Vieques, PR any other way. Thank you, Kayla and Brandon, for giving our family the priceless gift of simply being together. We'll be talking about this trip for years to come.
