I’ve been a Nomad customer for several years and own quite a few of their products. I recently had an issue with one of my Stratos Bands, and although what initially looked like a straightforward warranty claim became considerably more complicated due to a warehouse transition, the customer service I received from Ozi was genuinely exceptional. He followed the case personally, kept me updated even when there wasn’t yet a resolution, checked details with other teams, honoured promotional pricing that had expired while the issue was being resolved, arranged free shipping, and patiently rebuilt my order until everything was correct. What impressed me most was that I never felt I was receiving generic customer-service replies. Ozi actually paid attention to what had happened and took ownership of getting it sorted. Products matter, of course — and I’m a big fan of several Nomad products — but after-sales support like this is one of the things that makes me comfortable continuing to buy from a brand.
