Thank you! We're so happy to hear that you're loving the material and how your couch and loveseat look. Truly appreciate you choosing Nolan Interior! 👍😊
Excellent quality! Enough stretch to fit snug over cushions. Soft to sit on with no sliding or moving around like other couch covers. 100% worth the price! My dog already approves by taking extra naps on the couch!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're loving the quality and fit of the covers—and even more delighted that your dog approves too! 🐶💤 Your support means the world to us. 💛
I was thrilled to have finally found a couch cover (Herringbone sofa mat) that would stay in place. It took about a week or two when I noticed a couple snags on the fabric. I reached out to inquire about how to best handle this, and the response back was to clip back the snags. However, more and more significant snags have appeared to where I can no longer use the covers because they look horrible. This morning I noticed that an entire seam has separated which leaves the chance that my pup could catch his leg and seriously injure himself. Prior to all of this, I absolutely loved them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it must be to go from feeling hopeful to disappointed, especially after initially loving the covers. Upon checking, your order was placed last March and delivered on April 4. You reached out to our team on June 6—around two months after delivery. Our team assisted you promptly at that time and even issued a refund as a form of compensation. We’re truly sorry that, despite our efforts, the resolution did not meet your expectations and that you were left disappointed. We genuinely appreciate your initial trust in our product and are saddened that your experience turned out this way. If there’s anything else we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Their website says free shipping for orders over $100 but that's in USD (it doesn't specificy USD and does not figure out your currency). So every other country gets f*cked. Tried to talk to customer service about this and they did nothing. Then they just ended the conversation with a thumbs up lmao. Bottom line is that the customer service sucks. Edit: "we are a US based company" they say, meanwhile the products are shipped from China 🤣 Edit 2: Your site advertises “free shipping over $100” with no mention of USD until checkout—intentionally vague for anyone outside the US. You can’t even add a single line of code to detect local currency? That’s just scummy. And the shipping excuse, claiming the item came from China only because your US warehouses were “out of stock” doesn’t change the fact that this is classic drop-shipping. You’re charging full US retail for products made at a fraction of the cost overseas, then acting like we should be grateful they arrive at all. You treat customers like we’re too dumb to notice. No transparency, no accountability, and when I brought it up, customer service ended the convo with a thumbs up emoji. That's my issue.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’d like to clarify a few points. Our free shipping offer applies to orders over $100 USD, as stated in our store policies and shown during checkout. In your case, you were even notified at checkout with a clear message: “YOU ARE $6.13 AWAY FROM FREE SHIPPING,” which you also screenshotted and sent to us (linked here for reference): 🔗 https://snipboard.io/1jE3LU.jpg We are indeed a US-based company, and like most international retailers, we process everything in USD. The system does not auto-convert to every global currency, and we understand that might be unexpected—but it’s also not unusual. Regarding shipping: the product you ordered was out of stock in our US warehouses in Nevada and Pennsylvania at the time, so it was shipped from our warehouse in Asia to avoid delays. Many of our customers are aware of this and appreciate that we prioritize getting orders to them on time—even if it means crossing a few oceans. For perspective, over 80% of global brands (including luxury ones) manufacture or fulfill from China. It’s not a secret, nor is it something to mock—it’s just how logistics work. Our support team clearly explained this, responded politely, and apologized for any confusion. While we understand your frustration, your order did not meet the $100 USD threshold, and we cannot make exceptions. We take pride in maintaining a process that is consistent and fair for all of our customers—no exceptions. That said, it seems you’re enjoying the covers—so enjoy them! Thank you again for your feedback. Warm regards, The Nolan Interior Team
I am loving my new sofa cushion covers, initially I ordered vanilla which looked completely different to what arrived, but Nolan immmediately sent me a replacement set in ‘Earl Grey’ and it’s perfect, quality is good and they have washed well, feel lovely and cozy, we are a multi pet household so hopefully they do the job! But shipping was fast and easy return the original set.

Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re so glad to hear you're loving your new covers — and we’re happy we could quickly get the right color out to you. Earl Grey is a favorite! 😊 We appreciate you being part of the Nolan family — and here’s to those covers holding up beautifully in your busy, pet-loving home! 🐾💛
This product is life changing for us - literally. I would not allow our lab to go on our boat for rides for fear she would puncture the seat fabric. I ordered 8 back cushions after measuring and they are perfect. Even though there is a hinge joint at the back of each seat, I can stuff them in there. She took her first ride today and success! They stayed on with lots of puppy ups and downs plus they look great! Sweet pup gets to go on every ride now! Thank you, Nolan Interior

10 out of 10! Not only is the final product high-quality and soft, but the customer service was outstanding! I ordered the wheat pattern originally in the cream color and when it clashed with my couch, I emailed the company who stopped at nothing to make sure I was happy. They processed the return and placed my new order with the light grey color immediately! I returned the first set of covers Wednesday and Saturday morning, my new ones arrived and look beautiful!
