I bought an Alice-olive green from them. It wouldn't close and stuff kept falling out of it. I tried returning it but they don't have a return link on there website. I emailed them and they responded with asking me about the problem i had with the bag. By that time it had been 8-9 days since delivery and they said there return window is 7 days and they wouldn't accept the return anymore. They as pretty bags but not practical at all. Return policy is useless.
