WORST HOST DO NOT USE
They banned me from the Discord server, not really sure why. This host by far has the worst support I've ever seen, out of the hundred I have used. It's basically nonexistent. They do not offer an SLA so if your service goes down that's what they tell you and give no updates/statements about when it may come back online. They told me the upstream provider "caused the issue" but yet also told me the manager Shirt "caused the issue but not checking his email"? How does that make sense?

Hi Trenton, I sincerely apologize for the poor experience you've had with NodeClusters. As of August 14th, CynderHost, LLC has acquired NodeClusters and we'll be making significant changes to ensure streamlined, professional, and highly-responsive service. NodeCluster's reliability and support quality has most certainly has been subpar recently - that is not acceptable, I can personally guarantee that moving forward, you won't face any of the issues you mentioned in your review. You'll get 24/7 access to our support team (with average response times of <20 min) plus our ultra-reliable platform - just give us a chance to show you what exceptional service looks like. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time @ [email protected] Welton CynderHost, LLC
