Understandable exchange policy

Great customer service and personalized care from start to finish. The product itself is top notch. I won’t train in anything else. And then to have such great customer service- you made a lifelong customer out of me.

honestly, the best customer service! No hassle they allowed me to explain what was wrong with my trainers and they’re sending me a brand new pair in two business days. Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding.

Awesome service

I was hesitant to use the “chat” option since I thought I had a more complicated issue. My shoes came in timely but the right insole was defective. Angelic was quick and effective at resolving my problem. Thank you!

Initially, the package I ordered is not what I received. The company worked to correct the issue, which I do appreciate, but it should not have happened. The product did eventually arrive, but unfortunately my feet are too wide for the shoes to fit comfortably. As such, I opted to return them. I feared this would be complicated by the aforementioned exchange of the erroneously delivered product for the correct product, but their customer service alleviated any such concerns after a conversation, pending of course that the refund arrives as promised. I'm sure the shoes are of fine quality - they just don't fit my big fat sasquatch feet :-(

Customer service was very responsive and easy to deal with. Company stands behind their product. It made me feel good about being a long time Customer.
