We would recommend David Goodchild
We would recommend David Goodchild to everyone. They did so much from listing, selling and closing of our home. David had conversations with us whenever there was a need to make hard decisions. We received information when we needed it, and contact after every showing. Thank you for smooth sale of our home.

Won’t deal again with them
Extremely disorganized, unaware of how taxes and real estate closes work in my province. Sent my payment in on the close and a month and a half later I got an email from their auditors and wanting me to confirm my outstanding balance. These are all facts and can be verified. I am an experienced realtor

Hi Joel, thanks for providing your review. We are sorry that your experience in regards to the referral fee and tax payment after closing your deal with a Nobul home buyer was less than perfect. As Nobul serves many states and provinces across both Canada and the United States, sometimes the tax complexity is more involved than anyone would expect. Since you closed that sale, we have put together a better solution that works effectively for agents in both Canada and the United States that is both cost effective and easy to follow. Rest assured that the confusion and delay that you experienced won’t happen again. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at 1-800-321-5907. -Nobul Customer Success

Nobul is great for the internet…
Nobul is great for the internet generation who don't want to call around to different real estate companies looking for an agent, or trust a face off a bus stop ad. They provide a selection of realtors and their offers and you pick one, easy. Their support staff is pretty good too if you need them for anything.
