I did love my pup portrait, I just wish there was an option to have it without the stretch bars with the canvas. I wanted to put it up in a frame like my other dog's painting.

I pick a mug and instead of confirming with me first they have added their own quote about coffee to my mug which is a gift for a tea drinker. Their solution was a digital copy of the photo. So now I am stuck with a mug I can’t use.

Great company to work with! Incredibly quick turnaround process and the artwork is wonderful. They send you an email with the initial artwork before it goes to production so if any tweaks are needed, the art can be adjusted. I did not require any changes, but it is a great feature if needed. This portrait puts a smile on my face everytime I walk by it!
