Took forever to get order, when they claim it’s sent within 24 hours. So far have sent 6 emails and not one reply. Want to return because it got here so late and zipper sticks. Not good!!

The actual purchasing was fine but I still haven’t received my order yet so I don’t know what the quality is like of the item itself and because I wasn’t given a tracking number or anything I’m not able to find out where it is i’m just hoping that gets here soon or at all
