Dear Melissa Coles-Cranon We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting this must have been. Delays and unexpected cost increases are frustrating under any circumstances—especially during a move. While pricing adjustments can occur if actual volume differs from the estimate, the kind of increase you’re describing is far beyond what we consider reasonable or acceptable.
