Placing an order on steelcase.com was easy. It shipped and arrived as expected. I'm using my new Gesture chair from Steelcase for a month now. Surely it is the most expensive chair I've ever bought, I can also say it is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Every part can be moved so you can fit it to your liking. Should have bought it years ago!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to hear that you are enjoying your new chair. May you have the most productive working sessions in that new chair!
Gesture is overall a good chair, but I couldn't use it comfortably due to the height issue. The lowest seat height is written as 415 mm in the specs, however it doesn't go lower than 480 mm. I'd expect it to be adjustable according to the specs. Except that issue I was happy with the chair. Thanks to the customer service for their reaction for the resolution of the problem.

The delivery was excellent, and the chair arrived fully assembled. The delivery time was quite reasonable. I've purchased the Steelcase Amia, and it's fantastic!
