So many things changed after I started this program! I lost 30 pounds, became stronger, and stopped out so much. I finally feel like my best self!

This was the best experience I could have hoped for! I wanted to lose 25 pounds and I was able to accomplish this by following the program and the help of my support person and the product support. Everyone I had contact with was professional and very responsive. I am a few weeks away from a year of my start date and I have maintained my exact weight. I like the fact I am able to still get the vitamins and drops that were personalized for me. I also get my updated DNA . I also still use the recipe book because they are very easy and good.

This program is a game-changer for anyone struggling with weight loss and health issues. I lost 28 pounds in just 40 days and got significant relief from my chronic headaches. The program is easy to follow, and the results speak for themselves. Dr. T and Kirsten are true professionals, and I can't thank them enough.

This was the best thing I ever did for myself! They helped me to lose that stubborn 25 lbs and, frankly speaking, it was more than just losing the weight, it helped me to improve my health. I loved their attitude and support they provided. Never felt depressed despite having stopped eating so much of my favorite junk food. I got over constant short of breath and high blood pressure. I recommend this program to everyone!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! The program changed not only my weight (I lost 29 pounds already) but contributed to a new mindset. I got a very new connection to my body and I feel what and when it needs. It is a mind-blowing experience that changes my life every day! I eat differently, but I definitely see myself and think differently as well. I sleep deeply and don’t have stomach pains, chronic headaches are also gone. I will be forever grateful to Dr. T for everything he taught me, I am amazed!

I loved the program and the attitude. Everyone was very supportive, attentive, and caring. Dr. T and Kirsten were very thorough to get to the root of my health problems and individualize the program for me. For these 40 days I easily lost 27 pounds, but what is more important is I feel much more active and alive, and my headaches and insomnia eased significantly. Thank you for giving me precious knowledge and motivation to keep going.

I lost 33 pounds in 40 days. That was over a year ago. I recently regained 8 pounds on a long vacation but I am back on track to lose that weight gain. The diet works, and the Dr does get back to you when you need him. But people need to know that this is a very strict, very rigid, extremely low calorie diet. I’m not sure how I was able to stick with it, but my hunch is that something in the supplements was an appetite suppressant. That’s fine with me. My weight, cholesterol, triglycerides, and A1C all dropped way down. Overall it was a good experience.

Good company, very great service, i lost my weight, THANKS!!!!!!!!
