Lack of Customer Service and waiting for long time
I had trouble issued with NISA Service experience. 1. they mailed an item with an error tracking number and I didn't receive my item for more than 5 days. 2. Sales rep. lack of responding me back on over the phone with excuse more than 2 hours I had to call them back. 3. they mailed the wrong item and I had to complain to the general support for the issue of my experience 7 times and they didn't get it right. finally, I got my package item exactly they mention. but I don't know if I'm doing business with them again because I had the worst customer service experience.

Won't buy NISA product anywhere else.
I have Atelier Totori release brought all my NISA games and Umineko Anime + Neptune Shirt from them and never had any issues with them. Their customer support normally answer within 24 hour of the mail been send (maybe a little longer, if it's up to a Release of Game). I highly recommend NISA
