My experience with Nirva has been very great. The staff is very supportive throughout the whole program, offering help whenever you are experiencing any kind of trouble. Overall, I would very strongly recommend Nirva to other people.

my health, pain and stiffness has improved significantly since I started my journey with NivraHealth. The eating plan worked very quickly and quite easy to follow. I do have non plan days but feel the difference when I do so it keeps me pretty much on track. the doctors and practitioners are so friendly, encouraging and helpful. After having been put into surgical menopause in April 2022 & by June 2022 I was back in hospital for a few days with an acute diverticulitis flare up ( the worst case seen in 20yrs by an experienced consultant ) I decided to give Nirvahealth a go as they took a holistic approach to your health and well being. From the get go I knew I was going to be on a journey of discovery with their wonderful help to embrace my new self. I was 49 when I had the operation and now after being a client for 6+ mths I can honestly say I could not of gotten through all of the challenges I experienced without their help to gain inner peace and the knowledge to make positive changes to my well being through diet, one to one yoga sessions , daily morning wake up yoga and friendship with the fantastic health coach. They really have all bases covered to make you fell very cared for and are genuine in their approach. I would highly recommend their care as now approaching 50, I am living my life without the use of HRT ( not ever going to rule that option out ) but I have the know how to manage my gut health and overall well being with breathing techniques that I can use daily along with yoga to manage my symptoms. Each and every one of us need to care for our overall wellness as Nirvahealth’s Ayurvedic teachings is so easy to take on board and blend it into your own lifestyle for the greater good of you. I joined Nirva ( Formerly called Yara) in June 2022. Since 2021 I have been seeing Dr's and having hospital appointments due to my health issue . I found my issue with my health was not resolving. My biggest issue was gut related problems. So I found Nirva on Facebook and decided to have 1hr consultation with Aryuveda Dr and also met Health coach and had Fantastic yoga session with Dr Niveditha. This is when I took my big step and never I have looked back. My health has improved so much and I am very happy. My experience has been fantastic , I had my health coach Dr Amala, my one to one session with Dr Niveditha and Had my diet plan by Dr Naveen to cater for my needs. Most fantastic thing about Nirva doctors that they were highly qualified in their field and knew exactly what your needs were. My health coach was always helpful and ready to support and answer my question promptly. Dr Amala supported me through my worries and straight away organised one to one meetings whenever I needed them. My yoga session with Dr Niveditha was so good . She worked according to my issues and adapt it if needed. She exactly knew what my needs were and worked along with me. My Diet plan with Dr Naveen was so good that the plan started working and nice thing is that if something did not agree or I was find it difficult, he was very supportive and helped me through my diet plan. He also checked up on me to see how things are progressing and if diet need to be change then he worked with you closely. I met other Nirva team during community session where different health topics are covered on Wednesday and Sunday and where you meet other people and share your experience with them. I can highly recommend Nirva ,it has Change my life and I would strongly recommend Nirva to anyone who want to improve their health and wellbeing. I can assure you that Nirva team are very expert in their work , and you will notice so much difference in your health and wellbeing.

I joined Nirva’s 6 month plan to resolve my digestive issues and work on my back. I have followed the fantastic recipes and advice provided by Doctor Neethu and as a result my stomach has improved. Maria checks in with me regularly and I derive great support from our meetings. Finally Khushboo has helped me stretch my back and neck muscles to help issues resulting from work, I am sat most of the time working on screens. The ladies I have had the pleasure of working with to reach my goal have been so supportive. I would recommend joining Nirva to help you excercise, correct your diet and generally body and mind wellness. Thank you Nirva and my team. 😊

Nirva was great. I enjoyed the attention to detail regarding my health and well-being. Notes were taken and shared across all of the doctors so that I only had to say something once. The staff were conscientious, friendly, and courteous. We had great conversations about Ayurveda. Although I have experience of yoga, this yoga practice was more deeply felt and relaxing which enabled changes in my body to release health issues. There was an overall feeling of enjoyment and warmth and of learning about slowing down, being mindful with food and movement to heal the body.
