Product didn't work, I'm in the process of trying to get a refund as it's within the three month money back guarantee period but being ignored by the company. Trying to get the money back via my bank now AVOID.

Worst experience ever! Approximately a week after receiving both the pro and the precision, the pro would not fire. I returned the pro for a replacement after an agonizing time to get them to exchange. Replacement unit burnt my skin. Asked to return both under 90 day satisfaction guarantee policy. Again, agonizing attempt. Finally got a return label, sent the 2 lasers back and then they LIED claiming I did not return both items and they did not fully refund me. I am so disgusted by the total lack of integrity of this company!!! Total losers!

I got the bundle and they sent no charging cables with it. Obviously no none checks their orders. After asking for them they sent them but didn't put the correct information for the Canada customs so they have not been delivered. I have sent numerous emails and got no response that it has been corrected. Still stuck at customs. You can not call them they don't answer or fix any delivery problems. Terrible company Completely inept customer service

Used both of their lasers for years. No results. None at all

I’ve had three NIRA lasers. Only one left standing is the first one I bought, which hurts when you use it, but I love the technology. The second one the NIRA PRO stopped working well after the warranty. First, the fan stopped, and the rest of it gave out later. The Pro 3 was the worst it just flat out stopped working within 60 days. What is going on with the engineering of these devices? The technology is excellent, but NIRA seems to be going pretty cheap on parts. Would love to know when they get their proverbial crap together so I can get another one. But for now I’m using the painful first generation one which seems to be a workhorse.

I had no problem using the Nira pro. Used it once a day every day! Results were minimal, but I didn’t expect to erase all my wrinkles. My problem is there customer service. It has stopped working. I have e-mailed & texted numerous times & received no response. I would definitely buy a new one if they gave me some credit for my old one, but no response.

I subscribed (monthly payment system) to Nira Pro for free for a few months. The product was so poor in quality. It broke after 3 months - not even everyday use. I contacted the customer service and sent it back. After a few weeks, they sent it back to me. But it was still not working at all. What a waste of time.

I watched a video on this item to make sure I was using it correctly. Easy to use. I used it twice a day. Hoping to see some result after 90 days. Nothing. 120 days. Nothing. I didn't give up so gave it a very fair trial for 7 months. Even took it on holiday with me and never missed a single day. Results after 7 months. NONE. No improvement on lines, wrinkles or dark spots. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This item is not cheap and I gave it a fair trial. My advice is: don't waste your money on something that does not work. I trialed this from August 2025 - April 2026. Only salon lasers are strong enough to get to the deeper skin layers. But are costly unfortunately. This also goes for the Lima which I tried first. Total rubbish.
