NinjaOne is an amazing tool for IT departments as it helps with so many various areas: remote monitoring and management of endpoints, patching both operating system and applications, and vulnerability assessment.

What made our experience great was the right tool for the right job - even when I didn't yet know I needed the tool. With covid and a change from mostly VDI to a mix of VDI and laptops - remote users I was at a loss how to reliably support the new endpoints. As a small IT department I quickly learned that NinjaOne would fill the support gap for us remarkably well. I use patching, automation and soon ticketing. I'm not sure why it has such a low rating here but the only thing I can fault is perhaps a tiny bit of learning curve. But then I had never used an RMM tool before (of any kind).

We have been using NinjaOne for a few years now. It is a great product. We've had no issues. They continue to add features in a timely manner. We've been very satisfied with the product.

Waardeloos word je elke keer lastig gevallen. Mensen doen net alsof ze je kennen om op die manier slimme verkoop toe te passen.

For five years I've been asking these people to stop contacting me. They email me, call me and leave me voicemails incessantly. They couldn't care less, it's obviously a joke to them. DO NOT REACH OUT FOR A QUOTE. They will NEVER lose your contact information and will harass you for YEARS.

We have used several remote applications and this is the worst by far. It takes more than twice the time to access my work and accomplish anything. It has split my work into two screens and makes me surf up and down like the old days before humans figured out how to display everything on the screen provided. It is a nightmare. DO NOT recommend!

I'm really unhappy with the Sales team. They feel like car salesmen, each with their own agenda and prices that change weekly. There is no transparency and they are not trustworthy. We will take our business elsewhere. Be warned.
