We’re so sorry that both boxes arrived damaged, especially when this was meant to be a gift. We understand how disappointing that must have been. Please contact us with your order number and a few photos of the packaging so we can help make this right.

Unpacked the QANTAS Boeing 747 and noticed that the wings didn’t slot in properly and there is a gap also wasn’t able to insert the front wheel so have to try and secure the wheel somehow, also noticed damage to the finish, the model isn’t true to scale so very disappointing for a model valued over $200

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the wing fit, front wheel installation, and finish issues with your Qantas Boeing 747. We understand how disappointing this is, especially for a model at this price. Please contact us with your order number and a few photos or a short video showing these issues so our team can review them and help arrange an appropriate solution. Please avoid forcing the parts into place, as this could damage the model further. We would also appreciate more details about your concern regarding the scale so we can check it carefully. Thank you for bringing these problems to our attention and giving us the opportunity to help.

Dear Ralph, Your order arrived in the United States on September 11. Unfortunately, the parcel was selected for an import customs inspection, which has caused the delay.
