Nimbata | Call Tracking SoftwareReviews of nimbata.com

Nimbata is the only call-tracking provider whose dynamic tracking numbers work on SPA websites (Next JS / React in my case). Many other providers struggle to consistently display numbers in headers, but Nimbata manages to integrate them seamlessly beneath mega- and mobile menus. Their customer service is also among the best I've experienced. A working product with a user-friendly UX is the cherry on top. I've been using their call tracking service for years and can highly recommend it.

an amazing tool for B2B Lead Generation. The team is very helpful every step of the way, and the reporting easy to read and to analyze.

Dall'assistenza, ai prezzi, alle possibilità... mi sto trovando molto bene!

Utilissima, perfetta

I recently had the pleasure of using the services, I am delighted to share my outstanding experience with them. From start to finish, they surpassed all my expectations and truly exemplified what top-notch customer service is all about. The first thing that impressed me was their user-friendly website, which made it effortless to browse through their offerings and find exactly what I needed. The product selection was extensive, and I was able to find the perfect item for my requirements. Next, the ordering process was smooth and hassle-free. I received prompt order confirmations and updates, which gave me peace of mind that my purchase was being well taken care of. Shipping and delivery were remarkably fast, especially considering my location. The item arrived securely packaged and in pristine condition, which is a testament to the care they take in handling their products. However, what truly sets apart is their customer support team. I had a few inquiries about the product, and their support staff was exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to address all my questions, providing me with detailed and helpful information. The product itself exceeded my expectations. It was of the highest quality and exactly as described on the website. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. They have set a benchmark for customer service that other companies should strive to achieve. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their products or services. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly give a five-star rating on Trustpilot. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with the quality of their products, is unmatched. Thank you for making my shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. I will definitely be a returning customer!

As a marketing agency, we have worked with all the big call-tracking companies. Sometimes because we thought a specific company was the best choice and sometimes because our clients already had accounts there. After trying out Nimbata for over a year and a half, we stuck with it. It’s quick and easy to set up and doesn’t need troubleshooting. Once it’s set up, it works! We are a global agency and manage accounts in over a dozen countries; Nimbata was able to provide us with local numbers in each of the regions we needed them. So that helped us in our expansion as well. Lastly, where they really excel is their customer service. There is literally no issue that has remained unresolved since working with Nimbata.
