Hi Belinda, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to tell you that we don't have an APP at present. We encourage you to contact us at +1 (302) 240-9966 or by email at [email protected] and let us know if you have any other questions. We are eager to resolve this matter to your satisfaction and hope to hear back from you soon. Have a nice day.
Poor customer service that's the same as others describe here. Nihao did not put a complete address on the package (missing the apt. number) and it was returned to sender. It's now been a full month of back and forth of Nihao passing the buck, asking us to open a missing package claim with USPS. This is something we cannot do as it's the shipper's responsibility. We have told them this numerous times and it's always the same response. This is very poor customer service and we're out glasses and they don't seem to want to provide a refund. You get what you pay for indeed. I'd rather pay double and just have a pair of glasses then endlessly deal with this sort of behaviour. There are so many other providers—stay away from Nihao.

Dear customer, We are full of remorse to know that your shopping experience with us was not good. Due to the shipping address is not complete, the package was returned to us. We have arranged the redelivery and your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility. You could receive your glasses in a couple of days. Again, we apologize for the long wait and inconvenience it caused you. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Horrible customer service! I received the wrong glasses ordered. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry/grievance. Additionally, no one was ever available when I called their “so called” business line during their stated business hours. When they finally got back to me, they wanted me to pay additional money for the same glasses I ordered in a different color. Completely unacceptable! I’m waiting on a FULL refund. As far as I’m concerned, they’re con artists. Save yourself time and money! Don’t do it!!!

Dear customer, We are full of remorse to know that your shopping experience with us was not good. It's a little busy in our working time, maybe you can contact us again later or email us at [email protected], and we will reply it at the first time. Meanwhile, if there is an abandoned record in our system and our agent will call you back. I have referred back to your contact history and read all the emails so far, you would like to change to another frame as your replacement, so there is a price difference, that's why there is an extra charge. We have arranged the replacement per your request. Days of processing time are necessary. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. You are always more than welcome to contact us for all questions you have on the website, products, or other things. Your valuable opinions will be the driving force for our continuous improvement. Thank you for your patience and support. Have a great day.
I can understand the 28% bad reviews, I also purchased glasses had a difficult time tracking them and when they arrived via USPS (United States Postal Service) they where returned to sender due to incorrect address, I spent allot time trying to contact customer service, when finally they advised USPS must have made mistake, we did not. and here i sit with no glasses, and no refund. cant cancel order as they apply 20% penalty even thou the shipping courier says it was an incorrect mailing address. Be careful, i got what i paid for.....right.....

Hi Aprile, We are full of regret to know that you have not received your package yet. Our logistics are giving customers a big headache. A massive delay across the US Customs is an incident beyond our control since it is a Federal Agency. And we are aware of that. We are now working on the improvement of the shipment tracking system in the hope that we can monitor each parcel and notify the customer if any anomaly (e.g. delay, return) detected. Would you mind provide the order number so that we can give more records of your case? It's helpful to figure this out. We encourage you to contact us at +1 (302) 240-9966 or by email at [email protected]. We are eager to resolve this matter to your satisfaction and hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you. Have a nice day.
