Predatory lending practices and no secure way to pay off loan I had an extremely concerning experience with this company that I feel others need to be aware of. The interest rate on this loan exceeds 600 percent, and interest accrues daily, which already creates a very difficult situation for borrowers trying to get ahead. However, what is even more concerning is the lack of a secure and functional way to access or pay off the account. Their website states that current customers can request a login link via email. I attempted this multiple times and never received any email or access. There is no actual way to log into your account. Instead, the only options provided are: • Giving full card information through an online chat • Calling during limited business hours and providing sensitive financial information over the phone This is not only inconvenient, it is a serious security concern. Customers should not be required to share financial information through unsecured channels, especially when a secure online portal is advertised but does not work. Because interest is accruing daily at such a high rate, these barriers effectively prevent people from paying off their loans in a timely manner and increase the total amount owed. This feels intentionally obstructive and predatory. I am actively trying to resolve my account responsibly, but the lack of secure access and the structure of this loan make that unnecessarily difficult. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and fully understand what they are agreeing to before working with this company.

Well, for one I appreciate them at least giving me a chance this will help me to improve my credit and I feel like the best way to resolve. The issue is to pay off the loan I ahead of time to be in good standards and I just wanna say thank you for giving me this chance and trust in me give me a lot.
