Very easy to use with many options to buy. I would recommend to a family member or friend for sure.

It would be helpful if the website identified it items are in stock or not. the first order I placed went through with no problem but then I later received a notice saying the item wasn't available because it was discontinued - if it wasn't available I should not have been able to put in in my cart and buy it. I did receive a full refund but I then had to go back through the process again to purchase an alternative which had I known the first item was not available I could have done in the first round. Not trying to be critical, just helpful for others who are buying from you via the website.

Horrible lack of response by phone and email both. If you want to spend money and then wonder for weeks if you'll ever get your product, that's what you get here. Then after calling and emailing many many times for a week, learn that the product you ordered and paid for is not available, that's what you get here. Then selecting a second option and wait another week or two to only be ignored and then refunded without a word. That's was my waste of time experience with this company. Seems like it's a one man show, in over his head.
