I purchased a PVS-14, mounting brackets for helmet mount. There was a delay in shipping, but Felix was responsive, and we were able to work out a different system. I received the items 3 weeks ago, and I could not be more pleased. Actively recommending this company to my own friends.

The optic I received was fine, however, customer service is very unimpressive and frustrating. I tried to order an Ir light with it. They sent a different light than I ordered, which is no big deal. But when I tried to return it, they took their time emailing me back, only to tell me that I ordered the wrong light, sending a screen shot to prove it. The screenshot of my order was correct, but what they sent me was incorrect, so I sent them back both what I ordered, and what I got, and they just ignored it. So now I’m out 400 dollars because they apparently don’t care to take the time to respond and fix their error. I will absolutely be spending my money elsewhere, and making certain that nobody that I know wastes any money shopping with this incompetent outfit.

The customer service was just horrible may take 2 days for a reply email. After several attempts to call and I mean prolly a dozen times no answers no return call just waiting till they eventually hung up or said no one is available. Prices are great but I rather spend the money for better customer service.

Great experience. Good price on my item. Took a bit longer than expected, but they immediately returned my few emails asking for updates. My husband loves his FLIR Breach!

I was in need of a new Pulsar XG50 Thermal scope for hog hunting. No one would even try to order it for. The NVGuys had some coming in and got me one. Yes I had to wait but it got in earlier than I thought. I’m very happy with the scope and the service. This is the second thermal I have purchased from them and I’m please and will be back for my next one.

My experience with NVG Guys was one of mixed emotions. I ordered something that was in stock according to the website. I got thru the interesting ordering process and 5 emails about this and this was for a non-NV scope. They took my money over $1400 and when i inquired about the tracking and shipping time i was told it was out of stock. Doom on me for taking the website for face value after watching for 5 days to ensure that it was not an error. Doom on me for not first calling to see if it was in stock like some of the other products that state call before ordering. I actually thought this experience was going to turn out to be a scam and my money was gonna end up being a fight to get it all refunded. NVG guys are professional with compliance with not selling itar and on their response for a refund and very timely on getting the funds back to me. I would encourage others to call first to ensure the item(s) are in stock and not discontinued or not available. I understand that this business is very busy due to demand and such of the times but i also feel that this was aggravating enough to give a response since my money was taken before shipment of an item that wasnt in stock. And technology is good enough to not let this happen again. Lesson learned. I will be ordering from this site again if an item i want is in stock since their inventory is extensive and their communication was timely.

Website was quick and easy to use. One of few vendors with scope in stock that I was looking for.

Always a fast and easy transaction. Website is easy to use!
