Radical Transformation is a program like no other. It touches and changes every aspect of one’s life. The program was created, taught, and supported by Nidhi Pandya, an Ayurvedic doctor, life coach, and an all-around amazing human being. My daily practice amazes me, as Nidhi not only draws upon the knowledge and wisdom passed down through multiple generations of Ayurveda, but she also enriches this five-thousand-year-old tradition with modern-day science and psychology. I truly feel the progress I’ve made so far through my daily practices and rituals. Thank you, Nidhi!
