Great company to deal with, very professional, we loved all the doors, some minor issues with the hinges being set to deep, other than that they were great!

I couldn't be happier with the door I ordered, I'm glad that I spent the extra money to have it stained and finished by Nick's. The door arrived at my house crated as if it were a rare "Art Piece". When I opened the crate the door was perfect, not one issue with the craftsmanship or size (I had the door cut down in size). I can't wait to order the French doors to replace my patio slider.

EVERY person who walks into our home comments on our doors. Hands down, it was one of the best experiences we've had buying online. I was definately nervous buying doors without seeing them. But, the materials were sent in a timely manner, communication with the shipping coordinator was great and the quality of materials was impressive. I have recommended them multiple times since purchasing from Nicks.

Wonderful product but just hope you don't need to contact customer service. We were shipped the wrong lock set. After contacting customer service we were basically told "so what". Tried to contact them again two more times & never received a response.

Doors were delivered as promised. It took 5 weeks from order to delivery. As a builder this seemed like an eternity but it was exactly what I was told. The doors are beautiful and customer is very happy with them. We did not order the casing but will next time. I would say I am very happy with this order.
