How does a company like this keep running?
I never received my order. There has been no explanation. I emailed their customer service Dept and was told I would be personally taken care of. What a joke. Placed my order on the 19th of May 2026 and it's been 11 days. Still NOTHING. Just checked and UPS says a delivery is June 1st, which would make it 13 days from order date to delivery date. I called another time over a month ago and was told I'd be sent some swatches. They never came.
