I have a wonderful experience with them when it comes to professionalism. They are all excellent with great equality spirit and well-organized interviews and appointments. All thanks to Hannah Richards she gave me all the necessary support and information needed.

My first point off contact was with Christine Burke , she was very professional, informative and polite, she talked me through what would happen at the interview and assessment centre, which I passed and now an member of NHSP and I would 100% recommend to all my family and friends.

My interview went well. The staff are so welcoming and professional. I was always updated on every step of my application by Monika Kaszuba. She is really good at her job. She made me feel confident in accepting my new job. The training was also well organised and it was conducted by a very professional Trainer.

From the outset, the application process was both streamlined and well-organized. The recruitment team exhibited professionalism, maintained open lines of communication, and offered support, ensuring that every stage was clearly defined. The interview process mirrored this organization, featuring a friendly panel that fostered an engaging atmosphere rather than one of intimidation. Their method was comprehensive yet equitable, facilitating a sincere and constructive dialogue instead of a mere evaluative exercise. Upon receiving an offer, the onboarding process was conducted efficiently, with explicit instructions regarding essential checks, training, and compliance obligations. The team was highly supportive, making the transition smooth and guaranteeing that all necessary resources were readily accessible. The professionalism, encouragement, and systematic nature of the entire experience underscored the NHS’s dedication to excellence—not only in patient care but also in recognizing and nurturing its workforce. In summary, the overall experience was highly positive, reinforcing the NHS’s standing as an organization that genuinely invests in its employees.

A top 5 star organisation. I would like to mention Hannah Richard’s for being official, effective and efficient in her approach.

The overall experience is a 10/10. The interface was friendly and the process was seamless. Thank you

On the Interview/assessment day, I had many pleasant encounters that put my nerves at ease, particularly with Fiona Foster. She was very friendly and supportive.

The interview pattern or the selection process was superb. The right candidates emerged. Sade Ogunnaike was very professional and resourceful to the process that led the right candidates to emerge. Her patience to listen, understand and respond to someone is a quality that everyone needs to have at all time. t Thank God it was all successful at the end.
