We’re very sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your order. We understand how concerning it can be to see a recurring order when that wasn’t what you intended. I am glad to hear that the Customer Care team was helpful! We have confirmed that your recurring orders have been canceled, so you will not receive any additional shipments from the subscription.

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like your initial order was set up to automatically renew every 30 days, which is why the renewal was processed. We’ve canceled the recurring order so there won’t be any future automatic shipments. We’re sorry for the frustration and appreciate you reaching out to clarify.

We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced during checkout, especially as a long-time NHC customer. We understand that not everyone wants recurring shipments. We do offer a one-time purchase option for customers who prefer not to subscribe, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clear during your checkout experience. Our subscription option is intended to provide added convenience, savings, and rewards for customers who choose it. We truly appreciate your years of loyalty and your honest feedback. We’ll share your comments with our team as we continue working to make the checkout experience clearer and easier to navigate.
