Okay so I was not expecting neyox to work this well. Leads handled, responses sent, staff workload cut down, All on its own.

SPAM
The CAN-SPAM Act was passed over 20 years ago. And yet: we received a spam email with a link to this company's website "roofing.neyox.com." Altered header (identity of sender unclear). No physical address. The unsubscribe link was HIDDEN in the header. Super uncool. Also, we're not even a roofer, so I am genuinely curious where they got our email address. Edit after reply: I appreciate the response to let me know they are "looking into" their process. I sent them the complete headers. I would NOT have written this review if they had included their address, and if an unsubscribe link had been included in the body of the email. Of note, never assume gender :/

Hello Sir: We sincerely apologize for your experience - this falls short of the standards we hold ourselves to. We take CAN-SPAM compliance seriously and are actively reviewing how this email was sent, including the source of your contact information, sender identification, and unsubscribe visibility. We are also tightening our processes to prevent irrelevant outreach going forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — it helps us improve. Best regards, Team - Neyox

Powerful tool but takes time to Customize
We started using Neyox AI for automated lead qualification. The accuracy is great and the analytics dashboard gives us insights we never had before. The only challenge was initial setup and training but with support with Neyox ai we manage this easily. Once that was done, though, the efficiency gains were worth it.

Finally, Voice AI Pricing That’s Easy to Understand
At first, I wasn't even thinking much about pricing. I just wanted to see if Neyox actually worked well but after using it for a bit, the pricing turned out to be one of the things i appreciated most. It's simple flat $0.10 per minute. That's it, no confusing tiers, no hidden feature locks. I can roughly estimate my monthly cost without opening a calculator every day.

Hi Benathon: Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We designed our pricing model around clarity and predictability because Voice AI billing can quickly become complicated with tiers, feature locks, and hidden usage variables. It’s great to hear that the simplicity made planning and forecasting easier for you. Being able to estimate monthly spend without constantly recalculating removes friction and lets teams focus on performance, conversions, and scaling—not invoices. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If there’s anything we can refine further, we’re always open to feedback.

Turning Missed Calls into Booked Clients
I initially tried Neyox AI primarily for appointment booking automation and experience exceeded my experctations. The setup process was surprisingly smooth and the team provided clear, hands-on guidance at every step. Previously, we were losing potential customers due to missed calls and delayed responses but that issue has now been almost completely eliminated. Within just a few weeks, the improvement in lead conversion and overall ROI was clearly noticeable. For small business looking to streamline operations and capture more opportunities without increasing workload, this solution can be incredibly powerful.
