They have made critical contributions to our success as a startup (we're US based, fully remote). Nexton's recruiting and account representatives are professional and responsive. Tuning the profiles to make the hires took a bit longer than anticipated in some cases, but it worked out. We are happy to continue our partnership with Nexton!

We have used Nexton for eight hires. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us understand hiring in new regions. They listened to our requirements in a candidate and worth diligently to find candidates who fit the mold and were very receptive to feedback for further candidates. We found great hires without going through dozen interviews due to Nexton's work in the sourcing and interview process assistance. Their patience in letting us go through our desired process was appreciated. I would recommend them as a hiring partner.

It took a while to work out some of the kinks to get the right candidates through our pipeline, but once we did, communication was good and and effective and we wound up with a solid engineering partner. Billing was also a little confusing at first but now it is an easy, thoughtless process each month.
