Excellent! I live in California, US, contact lenses were shipped out of UK , arrived within a week. Fast shipping and product was in excellent condition. I'd definitely recommend and will order again. Also, the customer service is great, they always replied to my emails on a timely manner.

Super impressed with this company. I used to order from another company but the whole process took too long. This experience was great and took 24 hours. So impressed!

A bit misleading from my experience but I guess it depends on your prescription.

Hey Eric, Thank you very much for your honest review. I do apologize for the back stock issues. We do our best to keep as many prescription parameters in stock as possible. It just so happened that our distribution center did not have these available for your prescription strength. Thank you for understanding and giving us the opportunity to serve you. Hopefully in the future we will have the chance to give you a reason to give us a 5 star review. Feel free to connect with me if there is anything else we can do for you. Thank You, Daniel [email protected]
I ordered Thurs night and received contacts Monday. Simple and easy! I suggest ordering before Thursday evening if you want next day delivery.
