Overall experience is very good. Was late getting up and running from the promise date. Wish the savings were greater. Once operational very easy.

-50 stars. It's a fraud. charge you no matter what without telling you for a percentage of the solar field. I installed solar, have no electricity bills, quit it 4 months ago and they are still charging me a lot. its a fraud

Hello Elliot, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see that you are not satisfied with our program. When you signed up with Nexamp, we calculated your share of the solar farm based on your historical electricity usage to offset your average monthly costs. The program's design is that you receive credits for what the farm has generated. However, now that you have personal panels, we understand that the savings are not as easily recognizable. This is why we strongly advise customers to always let us know if they plan to install panels or if they have drastic electricity usage changes. As stated in our contract, the cancelation process is not immediate. The 90-day cancelation timeline applies to all customers as we need to work with your utility to officially remove you from our solar farm. This involves sending an updated customer list, which the utility then confirms and updates in their system so that your account no longer receives our credits. Any credits that have been added to your credit bank are yours to use and will not expire. We can confirm that your account has been removed from our project, and you are no longer receiving credits. We understand your situation is unique, and we are here to assist. Therefore, we will reach out to you personally to identify a solution that works for both parties. We thank you for your time and cooperation.

Due to the high demand for space on our solar farms, customers are typically added to a waitlist upon signing up. These waitlist timelines vary by state and cannot be guaranteed. When I first initially got in contact with this company they were very encouraged and professional and courteous I love the customer service and they're very respectable
