We have had prompt response from emails. Per last email we are just waiting to see which solar farm we will be working with.

Over the course of 9 months we saved $20 I don’t recommend this service the hassle isn’t worth the bit of savings. Customer service was very unhelpful. It takes 3 months to see any information. This really seems like a scam that strings you along until it’s too late to cancel.

As a Nexamp community solar subscriber, you have a share on one of our solar projects that generates clean energy directly into the grid. Your utility will apply a reduction to your usage costs based on the amount of solar energy your share produces each month. While your utility will still issue a bill each month for the electricity you use, it will be reduced by the value of the Nexamp community solar credits. Nexamp will invoice you separately for the value of the community solar credits you used, but at a discount. The delay in receiving your Nexamp invoices is due to our need to confirm with the utility that the credits have been applied to your account. Each credit applied to your utility account is provided at a discount, allowing you to save throughout the year. When you cancel with Nexamp, we process the cancelation immediately. However, your utility has up to 90 days to remove you from their systems, during which you may still receive solar energy credits that reduce your bill. This is why both the original contract you signed and the cancelation confirmation email we provided mention that the process can take up to 90 days. Our team is dedicated to helping you maximize and understand your savings through our program.
