We're sorry to hear that your experience so far hasn't met your expectations, but we are hopeful that this can be resolved moving forward. Since you recently joined our program, it's possible that your first batch of solar credits hasn’t yet been applied to your utility account. While we've taken the first step toward helping you save on your utility bills through our solar credits, it might not yet be reflected in your statements. We recommend checking your next 1-2 utility bills for a more noticeable impact. As you're still in the early stages of the program, we’ll continue to keep you updated as we receive information from our utility partners. On 4/22/24 they told me that my allocation will be reduce to 1.2 there lowest setting after talking to them on 3/22/24. It is 9/22/24 and no reduction in allocation. On 5/22/24 requested to have services cancel. They told me it would take 90 days. Well its been 120 days with no cancelation yet. Have already lost 127kw to expire credits.

Since we coordinate with the utility to finalize changes, delays can sometimes occur. However, we’re committed to keeping you informed and ensuring a fair outcome. Regarding cancelation, we offer a 90-day policy which is outlined in our contract. During this time, solar credits may still apply to your account. Because Nexamp invoices are issued after the solar credits have been applied to your utility bill, you may continue receiving and paying Nexamp invoices after your cancelation request. That said, we ensure that all charges fall within the expected cancelation timeline. We take your concerns seriously and will continue reaching out directly to address any specific details related to your account. Our goal is to find a resolution that works for you, and you can expect further communication from our team soon. Thank you for your patience as we work through this together.
