It is more than two months later and I…
It is more than two months later and I have not received my certificate yet. I have contacted you guys and you told me you will send another certificate out, and I have still not received it

Their courses are neurotically asking…
Their courses are neurotically asking you to voice record yourself in every 10 minutes, then it does not work. Then it asks you safety questionnaires twice to continue course. For a defensive driving course that I paid 30 dollars this amount of security and hassle is really is unbelievable.

Hi Sapiens, thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration the frequent voice verification and repeated questionnaires caused during your course. We know that extra friction isn't what you want when completing a defensive driving course, and we're using feedback like yours to keep improving the experience. Just to clarify, we use voice biometrics to confirm the student is the one completing the course the entire time — it's a requirement we're required to validate.
