Hi Jennifer, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it was, especially since the gift was for your sister's birthday. We sincerely apologize that the substitutions made did not meet your expectations. While substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to product availability, our goal is always to provide replacements of comparable quality and value. We understand your concern that the items you received did not reflect what was advertised. We also regret the frustration you experienced when trying to contact us and that you felt your concerns were not addressed as expected. Your feedback regarding the substitutions, communication, and overall customer experience has been shared with our team for further review as we continue working to improve our products and services. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the delivery timing, product condition, and overall service experience. We sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive as expected and that the final presentation did not meet the standards you anticipated when placing your order. We understand how important timing and presentation are when sending a gift, and we regret that this experience caused disappointment. Regarding delivery methods, we would like to clarify that delivery methods may vary depending on the destination area, product type, and service availability. While some orders may be fulfilled through local delivery networks, others may be shipped using third-party courier partners or postal carriers depending on logistics requirements. We understand your concern that these expectations may not have been communicated clearly enough. We also apologize for the condition of the items received, including the concerns regarding packaging, melted products, and substitutions. While factors such as transit times and weather conditions can sometimes impact temperature-sensitive items, we understand this does not lessen the disappointment when a gift arrives below expectations. We regret that our communication left you feeling unheard, and your feedback regarding delivery expectations, product quality, and customer service has been shared internally for further review as we continue working to improve the customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review and for your honest feedback. We are so glad to hear that the fruit basket was beautiful and exactly what you had hoped for, but we sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress you experienced with the ordering process, delivery timing, and tracking updates. First, we are glad that Ann on our customer service team was able to step in and manually add your personal note and requested delivery date when the online interface fell short. However, we deeply regret that the gift arrived a day after your brother's birthday and that our tracking system left you in the dark during such an important occasion. We completely understand how nerve-wracking it is to check an order status on the day of an event and not see confirmation. Your feedback regarding our website's checkout interface and the transparency of our delivery tracking has been shared directly with our technical and logistics teams. We know how crucial clear tracking communication is, especially for time-sensitive birthday gifts, and we are actively working to improve this system. Thank you again for your valuable insights, and we are glad that your brother was ultimately able to enjoy his beautiful gift.
