Job Well Done!
I was eager to sit down and thoroughly write this review, so grab your reading glasses—I'm about to dive deep. If you're in the same position I was, coordinating a long-distance move and trying to choose between vehicle transport companies, this message is for you. Having frequently moved across state lines in my career, I hadn't made a big move in nearly six years, but the time had come again to relocate, this time from Texas to Virginia. Given the current state of the economy, I quickly realized that the moving industry has become more cutthroat than I remembered from a few years ago. I called several vehicle transport companies and received various quotes, each promising excellent service. However, I soon found that not all car transport companies are created equal. After requesting a quote, they often hound you until you commit. Once they have that commitment, they pull a bait and switch and vanish like a thief in the night, leaving you to chase after them for updates on my vehicle. Then, I contacted New World Auto Transport and spoke with William Bernier. I mention his full name because he deserves full credit for his exceptional service and the tremendous stress he alleviated during this process. William initially contacted me, but he never hounded me. He answered all my questions and offered a fair, upfront pricing estimate with no hidden fees. His ability to remain calm, collected, and professional was unmatched by any other vehicle transport representatives I spoke with from different companies. I was so impressed that I canceled a previous commitment to move forward with New World Auto Transport, and I have no regrets about that decision. William went above and beyond, showing me exactly why this company has such stellar customer reviews. He provided me with his direct number and responded promptly, regardless of whether I called, texted, or emailed. He took on the stress of coordinating the entire dispatch process and went the extra mile when issues arose. There were two specific issues I faced. The first was a logistics problem due to a delay with the moving company that caused me to delay my arrival. This pause was a significant setback, as I was worried my vehicle would arrive at my new home before I did, and I didn't have anyone trustworthy to leave my truck with, let alone my keys. Despite not being local, William researched and arranged for a reputable storage facility to handle my vehicle during that time. The second issue occurred when the driver arrived with my vehicle in Virginia but was unsure where to leave it due to a communication gap between the dispatcher and the driver. I contacted William, and he resolved the situation in minutes. When I finally arrived and picked up my vehicle, it was spotless—without a scratch, ding, or even an extra mile on the odometer. While this message may be lengthy, I wanted to express my deep appreciation for a company and representative who truly cares. I will share this review on every platform that promotes this business to help others make one less decision in their moving process. Look no further—New World Auto Transport is your best choice. Their level of service exemplifies the old-school integrity and dedication many companies have lost in today's money-driven landscape. This company represents what a vehicle transport service should be, unlike most competitors that merely pretend to deliver quality. The value, quality, and service are well balanced, worth the investment, and peace of mind. Job well done!
