My name is Molly, I bought the ST e bike two weeks ago. So far so good. I am really satisfied with the bike. The battery is excellent, which was charged in 4 hours from empty. I bought it the most because the REP Stella, who is so patient and offers excellent service. I enjoy the bike every weekend now.

i needed to order a battery for an early model Urtopia Ebike and I actually wasn't optimistic they would have one, but they quickly checked their stock and advised me one was available and they could ship it asap. Reese in customer service was very helpful keeping me informed about availability and how to order. I am very happy with Urtopia's customer service. Thank you! Brian

absolutely wonderful Company. I purchased my bike from them and all the accessories and I couldn’t be happier. It’s such a smooth ride. We Love Urtopia e-bikes! We started with the Carbon 1S - still have and ride them - then we got the Carbon 1 Pros and they are great too. Just bought one Atom step-thru bike recently and will probably get a second. We ride all of them and have them for when we want to family members or friends to ride with us. Have to give a shout out to Reece for helping us with a new battery charger for the 1S bikes and for helping us trouble shoot if we have problems with the app.

I had an issue with the integrated headlight on my Carbon 1S. And even though my bike is out of warranty, Reece from customer service was willing to replace the whole smart-bar free of charge. They could have said you can purchase a new smart-bar for the $400. But, as an act of good will they just sent one. That is awesome customer service from a great company!

Urtopia is my first E'Bike .didn't know this company before. I did not take a test drive. When my bike arrived at my home. To assemble it was very easy. My first ride was to my work about 10 miles one way. Very smooth ride, very fast too. Urtopia dose a nice job with the body style, unusual it stands out. Nice Customer service, I purchased a light with a my bike. I realized I didn't need it. I contacted a customer service person named Stella. She was great, she told me to keep the light as a spear. They still sented my refund. Good business. Thank you Urtopia 😊
