Thank you for sharing. We’re pleased the support you received was clear and helpful.
Alex Lozano at Newtek heard my frustration regarding updating a MID dba and bank account, stayed calm without interrupting me and then proceeded to efficiently do what others could not but quickly submitting me the form, receiving it back and then getting it processed and followed up first thing the next morning to confirm it was complete. Perfect service as should have been handled in the first place.

Gretchen was very helpful. This is all new to me and she took time to explain… even a few times! She made me fell very comfortable with the thought of being able to call later.. not just talking now.

Great to hear! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
my first call was with Alex yesterday and it went absolutely wonderful and he told me that my son who's taking over the account would get a call within 24 to 48 hours today we called and nobody seemed to know what was going on so we are a bit confused on what we need to do from here because he needs to have that credit card machine working ASAP
