They've been very easy to work with. They always return phone calls and return emails right away. I would definitely recommend them. We started with just one property insured with them and now we have a total of five.

I love working with Lisa. She is always available to answers my questions. She returns my phone calls and when I need her to walk me thru modules for the 5 time, she is very patient with me.

Our customer service representative Lisa Meservey gets 5 stars plus for her excellent customer service!! She was always quick to return calls and help us sort any issues and once I lost my office manager really helped me keep on top of things. We are separating from service with Newtek only because we have a more local bookkeeper now that can provide more flexibility and support for our small business. iSolved was a very complicated system to learn and use and while Lisa was always available and willing to help us with any challenges, it was far too complicated for a business our size.
