The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't send the part that they said they would send and after a week waiting I had to call them back to ask where it was and was told that they forgot to send it.

Ordered a hopscotch and stipe stencil for my sons eagle project and they both Arrived quickly and are of very high quality. They are thicker than I expected and big but did the job perfectly! It made the painting job of a bunch of 13 year old boys look professional.

very easy to operate

overall great machine, and we are using less paint. primer/spray valve could be upgraded, we have to install a new one every so often.

I could not have done any of the problem-solving needed to solve the problem. The person was knowledgeable and patient. We found the problem and he had me up and running as soon as the parts arrived. no complaints.
