I have found the customer service team are very attentive and responsive. Although NewSelf has been so good that I have contacted CS once in over a year. Apart from my 3 monthly check-ins. I contacted CS because the needles I received were incorrect for my dosage. While they were unable to ship just needles, I received a generous refund allowing me to purchase them from my local pharmacy. My review would have been 5 star if the message I left for the Doctor had been read and acknowledged. I wished to have my next delivery delayed by one month, but I arrived on schedule. No harm done except NewSelf says the shelf life of Tirzepatide is three months, so I will have an out of date vial in my fridge. I believe that like all "sell by dares" there are in-built margins. In summary, I have found NewSelf to be the best online provider I have tried. I was with two different companies for just short periods before signing with NewSelf. So confident am I with NewSelf that I am now saving real money by ordering 6months prescriptions and will move to annual with my next order. I love being thin!
