Communication via the portal was satisfactory. AI bots are not great for all scenarios. However, communication was later improved via a human agent after a message was left after calling.

My experience has been good. The package I received for my second 3 months was much more useful and informative than the very minimal information I received with my first package. Seems like it should have been the other way around.

This has been a great product for me, with affordable medically supervised access to the Tirzepitide that had been prescribed by my own doctors but that I could not afford since my insurance does not cover it or any part of it. While I wish it was a little easier to speak with a live person, the year-long commitment has worked great because the new quarterly prescription refills come automatically without me having any need to worry about them.
