I've been using them for 6 months now on the 200GB plan and it's been a good experience. I haven't had a need to contact customer support. I can say they've been fast and reliable for me.

Offering unlimited accounts while actually denying access whenever a "download cap" has been reached is just sad.

I've only been using Newsdemon for a year, but it's been the best provider I've had in my years of using newsgroups. Don't use anything else!

In the event you lose your log in details you'll find it's simply Goodnight Vienna for Newsdemon. It won't let you recover an account with your email address alone - it demands your customer number in addition. This, by definition, is unlikely to be to hand if you've lost your log in details. The whole account is irretrievably lost. It's a very good example of what happens when rigorous theory transcends practicality. Bottom line - a waste of money.

newsdemon is fast, reliable cheap and with some xtra's

I've been using News Demon for a number of years and have found the prices excellent. I can max out my 75Mbit fibre connection downloading, and retention is better than I need. I've never had any downtime, and on the odd occassion that I've contacted customer services, I've found them to be very prompt and helpful. Well worth trying, if you're looking for a newsgroup provider.
