Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you loved the beautiful arrangement. We look forward to helping you with your next floral gift!
Y'all advertise 1 business day if the order is placed at 2PM prior. It took the delivery much longer than that. The order was placed on the 9th to be delivered on the 10th and was delivered on the 16th. I also ordered grapes and strawberries. What I got were rotten apples and pineapples. Pineapples are $2.99 at Costco as of 19May2026. Definitely not worth the added price of $12.99. Especially since the fruit deliveries were wrong. The delivery box came in upside down which crushed the roses. It was way too overpriced for something that did not delivered as promised. If you cannot make the order by the next day, then at least let me know. Why does it take the client to reach out only to find out that nobody processed the order. This truly shows a lack of care in the business and was honestly disrespectful to myself as a paying client. If the product is expensive we'd expect a bit more care than packaging everything in a box carelessly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused by your recent experience. We completely understand your concerns regarding the delivery delay, the condition of the arrangement upon arrival, and the incorrect fruit substitutions included with your order. We recognize how upsetting this must have been, especially after placing the order with the expectation of next business day delivery for a special occasion. We also understand your frustration regarding the lack of proactive communication surrounding the delay. You should not have had to reach out first to receive updates regarding your order status, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Please note that while substitutions may occasionally be necessary based on availability, we understand your concern that the replacements received did not meet expectations. We also regret hearing that the packaging and handling affected the condition of the roses upon delivery. We genuinely value customer feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our service and fulfillment processes. We are truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us.
First time ordering on this shop. Extremely disappointed with my experience. What was delivered looked very different from what was advertised on their website, and the substitutions they made showed very little care or attention to detail. specifically ordered the “Love in Casablanca Mixed Rose Bouquet” from your website because of its beautiful wrapped bouquet presentation and carefully selected flowers shown in the advertised photo. I also clearly included detailed instructions in my order notes stating: * Bouquet wrap only (NO vase) * Same green wrap color/style as shown in the product photo * Same flowers and bouquet arrangement as advertised * Birthday greeting card * Birthday balloon Unfortunately, what was delivered was completely different from what I ordered and requested. Instead of the elegant wrapped bouquet shown on your website, my mother received flowers placed in a vase with a completely different arrangement and presentation. The flowers did not resemble the advertised bouquet at all, and the wrapping style I specifically requested was ignored entirely. Additionally: * Instead of a proper birthday greeting card, you included a crumpled printed sheet of paper. * Instead of a birthday balloon, you sent a “Best Wishes” balloon. * The arrangement even included a “Congratulations” ribbon, which is completely inappropriate for a birthday gift. * Most shockingly, the sender’s name attached to the delivery was not even mine. It showed a completely different person’s name (“Joshua Smith”), which is unacceptable and extremely concerning. This was supposed to be a special birthday surprise for my mother, and your company completely ruined the experience through negligence and failure to follow very clear instructions. I carefully wrote detailed order notes to avoid exactly these kinds of mistakes. The delivered product looked nothing like the bouquet advertised on your website, which feels misleading and deceptive. This experience was highly disappointing, careless, and unprofessional, especially for an important birthday occasion. What made the experience worse was customer service. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes or offering a proper solution, they simply repeated their substitution policy and avoided taking responsibility. No effort to make it right, no real apology, and no concern for customer satisfaction after payment was made. I understand substitutions can happen, but there is a huge difference between a reasonable substitution and a careless order. There were many simple ways they could have handled this better. I would not recommend this shop if you are ordering for an important event or special occasion. Very disappointing experience overall. Will never order in this shop again!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration caused by your recent experience, especially as this order was intended to celebrate your mother’s birthday. We understand your concerns regarding the differences between the bouquet shown online and the arrangement delivered, as well as the issues involving the balloon, card presentation, ribbon message, and sender information. We recognize how upsetting this must have been after placing detailed instructions and trusting us with such a special occasion. Please understand that substitutions may occasionally be necessary depending on regional availability and fulfillment conditions. However, we do acknowledge that some aspects of your order did not meet expectations, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback regarding the overall presentation and service experience has been shared with the appropriate team for review and improvement. We also apologize if our previous communication made you feel that your concerns were not fully acknowledged, as that was never our intention. We truly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and are very sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
Terrible customer service, upgrades were not honored and my complaints were dismissed.

Thank you for your follow-up feedback. We sincerely apologize for the ongoing frustration and for the feeling that your complaints were dismissed by our team. We understand how disappointing it is to pay for premium upgrades and receive standard items instead. More importantly, we recognize that our response to this issue fell short of the helpful and attentive service we aim to provide. Your feedback regarding how your case was handled has been shared directly with our management team to ensure our customer service representatives address order discrepancies more effectively. We take your experience seriously and are committed to reviewing our procedures regarding upgrades, substitutions, and customer care.
I have two things to mention. 1. Package on hand didn't look the same as shown on the website pictures, I was a little disappointed that it looked dull. 2. I had provided a company name where it should be delivered, and normally it would've been delivered within business hours yet, the carrier tried delivering it past 10pm already, every shop was closed. Nonetheless, the carrier was able to deliver it the following day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding both the appearance of your order and the delivery process. First, we apologize for the disappointment regarding the arrangement's appearance. We always aim for our designs to match the vibrant images on our website, and we regret that yours looked dull upon arrival. Second, regarding the delivery timing, we sincerely apologize for the late-night delivery attempt. We understand that business addresses require delivery within normal working hours, and attempting a drop-off past 10:00 PM is certainly not standard practice. We are glad the carrier successfully completed the delivery the following day, but we will be addressing this scheduling issue with our logistics partners to ensure business addresses are properly prioritized during day runs. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us improve our presentation and delivery services.
The flowers were delivered two days after the schedule delivery. Not a great experience, couldn’t get a hold of anybody at customer service. Wouldn’t recommend and will definitely not use this service ever again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in your delivery and the difficulty you experienced trying to reach our customer service team. We understand how frustrating it is when a gift arrives late and you are unable to get a hold of anyone for an update. While the standard delivery option selected for this order provides an estimated delivery window rather than a guaranteed date, we recognize that a two-day delay is a disappointing experience, especially when coupled with our high holiday communication volumes. Your feedback regarding our delivery timelines and customer support response times has been shared with our management and logistics teams so we can work on improving our service and communication moving forward.
Awful experience. Ordered a potted orchid for my aunt on mother’s day and she received it very late and it was substituted with horrible, wilted fresh flowers. Contacted the store and argued that it was not an appropriate substitute and I was not contacted or notified beforehand. They provided a 30% refund which was still less than shipping. I’ve read multiple reviews since that you do not get what you pay for.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the poor experience regarding your aunt's Mother's Day gift. We understand how disappointing it is to order a long-lasting potted orchid only to have it arrive late and substituted with wilted fresh flowers. While our substitution policy allows for changes based on seasonal availability to ensure a gift is delivered, we recognize that replacing a potted plant with low-quality fresh flowers—without any advanced notification—fell short of your expectations. We also regret that our initial 30% refund did not feel sufficient given the delay and the condition of the arrangement. Your feedback regarding the appropriateness of our substitutions and our communication has been shared directly with our fulfillment and management teams so we can improve how we handle these situations moving forward.

Hi Karma, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive the level of communication and service you expected. We take concerns regarding deliveries and tracking very seriously, and we sincerely apologize for the stress and disappointment this situation caused. During high-volume holiday periods, some orders may experience delays in carrier updates or tracking visibility, but we understand how concerning that can be when waiting for an important delivery. We also want to assure customers that feedback on our platforms comes from real customer experiences, both positive and negative, and we appreciate all reviews as they help us identify areas where we need to improve. Your concerns have been shared with our customer service and logistics teams for further review. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
