New Era
Very good to work with but in the end we didn’t save much money and ruined our credit for years. We saved around $3500, not worth the credit score loss.

Dear Rose, It was a pleasure working with you. Thank you very much for your review and your feedback. In regards to the amount of savings, we strive to save our clients as much money as we possibly can. We are never satisfied unless our clients are satisfied with the settlements we are able to achieve. We will continue to press for more savings. In regards to your credit score loss, now that you are out of debt, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised how fast your credit score will increase. Also remember that your debt to income ration has greatly improved which means your credit worthiness has also great improved. It was great working with you. All of us at New Era wish you the very best! Sincerely, Dan Smith President
