Like many others on this page, I have been scammed by this company. I signed up for a 'free trial' which i immediately cancelled upon viewing the app. Despite that, they have taken over £160 from my account over the course of 9 months. I hadn't noticed until they took the most recent amount which prompted me to look back and realise what they have been doing. I contacted the company and was sent a refund for the last payment but they are yet to respond to me about the rest of my money (over £100!!). I've raised this with my bank as fraud and with the Federal Trade Commission in America. I will be taking it further to the relevant American/British regulators but i just wanted to warn everyone to stay well away from this company. I will be putting this same warning on every single online platform i can find in the hope I can prevent this happening to someone else.
