I tried to contact them for a damaged mirror that I purchases through the certified retailor - wayfair but was not able to reach them by phone or chat. I sent an email today and I’m still waiting for responses

Dear client, sincerely sorry that your mirror is damaged. We really want to arrange a replacement or refund for you, but we do not have the access to do it. Because you purchased by wayfair not our official website. Beg your understanding. However, I think wayfair has the duty to offer you a solution for your problem. It is suggested to contact wayfair customer service directly.
