I was overcharged, requested in writing full refund and Customer Support Team has since quit responding to my communications. I completed the Refund Request Form emailed to me on October 2, 2026 and still have not received refund, nor shipping labels to return unopened products. Frustrated and angry. I would not recommend this company as their practices are deceptive, billing is a nightmare, and their Customer Support Team useless!

The reason I purchased this product was I Thought Bill Gates was behind it. But, I have sense found out the Bill Gates had nothing to do with this product and does not endorse it. It might actually be an AI that made it looked like Gates was involved. I hate being lied to.
