This is a great device and a truly healing technology for the brain. I am medical doctor and regularly recommend this device regularly to my patients. I also use it for my own brain wellness program. Also the customer service team has been top notch and a delight to interact with!

Honest opinion is I really didn’t feel any different using this device. I also really don’t care for the design because I have a larger head and it’s hard to put it on.

Hi Meme! Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the device hasn't felt effective yet, and we completely understand the fit frustration with a larger head size. A couple of quick tips that may help: you can remove the foam padding inside the helmet to create more room, and if needed, removing the grey adjuster entirely can open it up even further.
