I ordered Qualia senolytic and never received the package. I wrote to their customer service to refund me or send me another shipment and they told me that it was shipped and gave me a link to the tracker. The tracker just said it was delivered to my city. There is no address listed on the tracking link. I complained again that there is no proof that it was delivered to my address and the customer service person agreed they don’t have proof of address just city. Still, she said I need to make a complaint to the post office. They should have refunded me or sent me another shipment and they should have contacted the post office themselves rather than asking their customer to do the work for them. They don’t care about their customers and doing the honorable thing. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and my credit card company refunded me the $150. The irony is that if they had just sent me the product again since it was clearly lost in transit, I would have probably spent much more than $150 on reorders since I was excited to use this product. It’s short-sighted of them to lose a long term customer over this. I don’t believe this company is trustworthy and reputable based on this experience and am warning others to stay away.

I looked for reviews on YouTube and other nootropic sites, but honestly, after buying it from LiveHelfi, I think almost all of them are sponsored. This supplement is packed with a lot of ingredients and is super expensive, yet it didn’t help me at all. I bought Qualia Mind 2.0 Caffeine-Free. I initially thought it might take a week or two to see results, but even after finishing all 90 capsules, I noticed no difference. I thought I was getting the best product, but it turned out to be the worst and most expensive thing I’ve ever tried.

They will do anything to try to keep customers from saving any sort of discount which includes making false claims about first time customers, lying and saying you've received a discount before and cancel your order. Cheap company and shady business practices, do not trust them.

Terrible company and product.

I'll break this review into two parts, the team and the product. I'll start with the team, I cancelled my subscription after one order of Qualia Mind and asked for a refund for the charge of the second shipment. I dealt with a customer service rep by the name of Bailey. I'm going to copy and paste exactly what Bailey wrote me: [Beginning] Hi Simone, Thank you for reaching out. Your renewal order has already shipped, so unfortunately we are not able to cancel the shipment at this time. Tracking code: GM295115909000111478 If you no longer want the order, when the package arrives please either refuse the shipment, or decline to pay any applicable customs/duties on it and the package will be automatically b returned to our fulfillment center. Let us know once you do so, and we'll be happy to issue a refund on your shipment. I've also canceled your Qualia Mind subscription, so you're all set and will not receive future renewals. We look forward to hearing from you. [End] I notified Bailey that I declined that package and they shipped it back, asking for the next steps to get refunded. This email was ignored. I followed up with another email one week later. This email was ignored. They closed my ticket and have ignored me ever since. I am left with no product and they have kept my money. I saw another review on here that claimed this company to be scammers and thieves - That is exactly what they are. Now let's talk about the product, I ordered Qualia Mind. The marketing for this product leads you to believe it's some type of limitless pill - it's not. The supplement has many ingredients but I would say the most important is caffeine and L-theanine. The caffeine for the alertness and energy, the L-theanine to prevent you from getting the jitters. You know what else has these two components? Green Tea. In fact, that's exactly what it felt like taking Qualia Mind, you can literally mimic the effects by simply drinking green tea throughout your day at a fraction of the cost. You're welcome, I just saved you $150 USD. I have never once dealt with such unprofessionalism when ordering something online. Between their products delivering underwhelming results and the way they service their customers, it's only a matter of time before they go out of business. Thanks for reading.

Their marketing is fantastic, however, they are clearly scam artists. In order to get their products you have to subscribe to a monthly payment which they say can be cancelled at anytime. I cancelled my subscription straightaway, however, they still deduct a lot of money each month from my account and I have to go through the rigmarole of getting a refund. It is getting harder and harder to communicate with them as they take ages to reply. STAY CLEAR. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
